Ok, one more clarification. I am doing the pictures of the pipework near boiler again. It seems that i dont have a 3 way valve and could have seperate 2 way valves for gas & heating respectively. Pictures attached.

one question though...TRV is likely to be the "In" water flow to the radiator, right? If that's the case, when I bleed the radiator, should i see water coming out? I bled radiators last evening and both radiators had plenty of water coming out of them. water wasnt warm though.
