Main Eco 30 Elite - Upgrade Salus to Hive

This is what we have on the boiler I checked this morning so if I get a terminal and link 3 and 4 together on that internal salus and leave it as it is basically bybasses it? Typical that the salus has just started clicking and buzzing after I removed it, time to change it I think. So to...

After much searching ive found the toilet make and model, its a Cersanit Pure: https://www.cersanit.com/bathroom/pure-010-compact-bowl,33.html Strangely enough the seats listed on their site both say "easy off" but I cant see how. Also found this picture online and if its not easy off it...

    Cersanit "Easy off" seat removal

Just have another quick look, no grub screw on the hinges and the discs on the bottom flush with the toilet are solid and wont budge so dont think these pop up either. Looks like whoever installed it fitted the seat before fitting.

    Cersanit "Easy off" seat removal

I haven't got a replacement yet, only happened today. I will have a look tomorrow and see what I can find. If not could I put it off and fit a top fitting one without needing access below?

Water Ingress - New Conservatory - Pic Heavy

Yea I think the roofer first time just looked for the cheapest fix for them and when that didn't work had to delve a little deeper which in a way is understandable. If the general consensus is they have gone above and beyond really I will leave it there with them.

To be honest they have not quoted but rather said "We recommend having the roof re-felted at your earliest convenience". The first attempt was done by their assessor and he just bunged a load more lead on that corner and hoped for the best. Second attempted he stripped it and "re leaded it". It...

Water Ingress - New Conservatory - Pic Heavy

I said that to them, it should have been assessed if it was part of their design but they don't do it unless the customer makes them aware of an issue first which they then incorporate the fix into the cost. Which again I accept the cost but they 100% should have checked it out and considering...

Water Ingress - New Conservatory - Pic Heavy

What they are saying is the felt under the tiles is shot and sagging under the upvc cladding on the sides. This was causing the water ingress as any water getting under the tiles was running into that corner and then down the brickwork which was originally outside but now inside. They have...

Water Ingress - New Conservatory - Pic Heavy

So this does seem to have solved the water ingress issue which is great when I spoke to them about the draft up in that corner they have washed thier hands of me. They are now saying because the issue was with the existing roof they "fixed it as a gesture of good will and could have exposed the...
