    When I said you need to power cycle. This means you need to remove all power and discount battery, then re apply power. This something helps restore functions that are not responding.

    Have you put the battery in the correct way round? Always use a good quality battery brand. NOT cheap and cheerful. Would suggest you change all batteries in all devices at the same time.

    Garden room sensor tamper would suggest that the fault is on the movement sensor. I attach a post of the the spring to show you what you need to adjust. Control panel may have engineer tamper reset enabled.

    Take cover off sensor, adjust spring by pulling spring gently to adjust. Put cover back on a d reset alarm with code.
