New mower required. Cordless, SP but small.

Stihl seem to be discontinuing the smaller AP batteries in favour of the 300S and 500S which have bluetooth connectivity that through their app give all sorts of info on runtimes, service data etc, this may be why they are giving away smaller batteries. Previous to this there was a Smart...

    miele vacuum carbon brush holder

Are there some tabs folded over on the top of the holders, if so fold them open, replace the brush and closed again holding the brush spring compressed . A contact soldering iron doesn't normally transfer enough heat to silver solder.

Wood burner bin for garden ?

Bit if a typo there, if you have hydrangeas wood ash as you rightly say turns the soil alkaline but makes blue ones turn pink.

How can I stop damp coming through wall?

Excessive accumulation water can also be a result of a buildup due to an inability to evaporate like the building may have designed to do due to cement products or impervious coatings blocking the way.

How can I stop damp coming through wall?

You may not have a damp course as the bond on parts suggest solid wall which were probably built using lime mortar. Not suggesting you go down the route I did but interesting reading : https://www.heritage-house.org/damp-and-condensation/managing-damp-in-old-buildings.html

Foam guns that can be stripped down

I leave my gun with the can on in the use position, sometimes for 6 months or even longer. There are some who say this is the wrong way up but I have found this the least troublesome way. Edit: I did a vid several years back. https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/foam-guns.540955/post-4584386
