Help with extending the broadband connection from the faceplate, odd results.

Quite simply, i have a master socket with filter (says Openreach MK3 on the middle section). I believe i have wired my extension to have the router approx 6 meters away correctly: - All phones come off the very front plate, filtered. - The router extension comes off the A,B terminals on the...

I did go for 2 stats. Should i place the low stat (T1) on the return to the stove instead of the flow? My logic is that Until the low stat T1 reached 40 degC, the pump to take the stove water away remains Off. Only gravity circulation will occur around the leak rad.

Thanks for the comments! I have spent far too long thinking about this to see fault in it now. Yes that is a diverter valve on the outlet of the heat pump. It is controlled by the heat pump (not that that matters), the heat pump has 2 temperature settings and diverts the flow to hot water or...

Hi All, Would appreciate any feedback on my layout. It took some months for me to get this down on paper. Its part of my renovation of the entire house. I have no experience with stoves but have spoken to a few people and read alot about the requirements. I have purchased a good used 6kW...

House history? Brickwork of chimney and foundations are different to walls.

Yes.. Just curious why use a different style brick for the chimney and foundations to the rest of it.

    Roof pre-purchase inspection. Advice.

Thanks. I'm thinking its a 60/70s property too now. Originally I thought it was a few decades older but it's making sense if it's that era. Yes those ties were an afterthought for some reason. Other than requesting the old / original deeds, how can you find the age. Old maps?

House history? Brickwork of chimney and foundations are different to walls.

Could it of been a case of using lower cost bricks on the walls to save a few £. And using better quality for the foundations?

When were AAC / Thermalite blocks introduced? From what you have seen here and my post on the brickwork, what era would you place the property? The seller is unsure and i am curious to know its history. Thanks
