I have got a kitchen (6m x 2m) whose ceiling is to boarded and skimmed including all 3 walls (4th wall(2m) is already tiled). Plasterer has quoted me £1200 (inclusive of materials & insulation for ceiling). Is it average cost or over the top? Appreciate your replies. Thanks
