    THE HOUSE IS A 3 BED SEMI, THE WALL IS A DOUBLE THICKNESS LOADBEARING WALL, IT GOES UP TO THE LOFT FLOOR AND IS THE DIVIDING WALL FOR 2 BEDROOMS. IT IS SOLID ALL THE WAY UP. I WANT TO MAKE AN OPENING IN THE WALL DOWNSTAIRS TO JOIN THE LOUNGE TO THE DINING ROOM. CAN ANYBOBY HELP !!

    i had an internal wall removed 2 years ago and was told by the builder that i did not need building regs approval or planning permission, a friend has now informed me that i should of got build regs as it was a structural wall. i cant find the builder that did the work. what do i do now...
