I am removing a shower mixer unit from the wall and have got stuck at the point you can see in the photo. I am trying to remove the nuts from the pipes but the olive is on the pipe inside and is stopping the nut from coming out. How do I remove these nuts and the olive beneath? Thanks

I am trying to remove the nuts on this shower mixer valve. I am trying to turn them anti clockwise to remove, is this correct? I'm asking as they won't move at all. Also, if anti clockwise is correct, is there anything I can do to help remove them? Thanks!

Hi I have got a leak coming from the white plastic threaded part at the top of the picture, where it joins the grey connector under the toilet. (see photo) Do I need to remove the grey connector and replace a washer or do I need a new connector? Also, what is this connector? I have looked...
