    Hi, I have managed to take them off with the screwdriver by keeping the blue ring in the position and turning the whole fitting around. For reference this is how it looks like. The biggest problem I had with removing the metal rings from the pipes. New tap fitted and no leaks present. Thanks...

    Thank you very much for the prompt reply. I will look around for this special tool and if I cannot find it will have to cut them out. Now when I know what are they it should be easier to find some more details.
