    Retaining wall

Looking for ideas and suggestions for a retaining wall in my garden. Its 15m long and 0.5m high I plan on putting a fence above this probably just a wire fence. I was thinking of sleepers or gabion baskets but wondered if there was a cheaper or easier option out there. Any advice welcome.

Heat transfer fluid in wood stove.

I have some fernox HP-5 heat transfer fluid my mate gave me, would it be ok to use in my wood stove central heating system - radiators, pump. Or would I be better with the regular inhibitor for central heating?

What to put behind wood burning stove?

What to put behind wood burning stove?

Hello, I've had to remove my stove to replace the boiler (the joys)! So I may as well repair the cracked and blown cement render that was behind it. I only have about 20mm space from the stove pipes to the render. I'm not keen to re-do the render as it will probably crack again and I don't...

I wasn't bothered about temperature, more about flow from hot in a mixer being less than two seperate taps. I'm not sure if it would be but if anyone knows?
