When skimming plasterboard is it best to do two coat plastering, ie do the scrim joints - fill in the gaps and then cover again completly, or is in one good enough? I've seen both done so just wanted to find out what the concensus of opinion was. Thanks

Hi I have a problem when starting the machine. Press the start button and there is a buzzing noise. The machine will work whilst you have your hand on the button but stops as soon as you release. I understand that there is a relay/pcb with this machine which I suspect to be a fault but...

Can anybody suggest the best way to avoid getting joints in a sand cement render finish when rendering a large expanse too big to do in one go. So if you have to finish one evening mid wall is it possible to pick up the next day and hide the joint? Thanks
