Expansion Joints

Looking for opinions to settle an argument.

Area of 96 M2 12M x 8M
Domestic building block built.
Pouring concrete slab 125mm deep.
Finishing with 75mm sand cement screed.


Where and with what should the expansion joints go?
In both concrete base and top screed?
At the same point?
Also expansion joint between the exterior wall and slab?
