Ok i now have another issue. If I arm the alarm to full and walk through the front door and i put in my code it says "Code not allowed, use tag." Once I put the code in for the third time it'll disarm. I've only got one user code set up. I did have 4 in total but deleted them as I thought that...

Sorry not very good with alarm technical term. So when I have the whole house set and I open the front door to come in I get 10 seconds to disarm which is fine. When I have it set when we're in bed (part set) the front door still allows 10 seconds before the alarm is triggered and siren sounds...

Sorry guys need a bit more help. So I have areas set up BUT I need the alarm to go off when the front door is opened on 2 areas. At the moment I'm getting a 10 second delay on all areas. I've had a look through the settings and can't find a way to change them. Any ideas? Thank you

This was exactly the problem. I had them all set to hybrid. Reset the whole system and relearned all the sensors and siren. Everything is working as it should :D Now just to work out how to program different areas. Thank you
