Thanks for all the input. Let me tackle this and get back to you. I know the steel length is 3.84m because I had to order it. If the builder hasn’t used a SE is it now too late. I thought it was the SE who registered with BC.

I’m not sure. Seems to be done on good faith tbh. Just doesn’t seem right to me. Although the builder explained all the inns and outs it still doesn’t seem right.

Would you agree that this is rsj isn’t installed correctly? Seems that the padstones are tilting ever so slightly and the mortar is showing signs of cracking.

Will lower the input and see what happens after I replace the insulation. Cheers

No don't have another of the same model. I sucked up and bought replacement front panel insulation. If that doesn't work then I'll try the thermal switch.
