    Replacing light fitting

Thanks all, sorted. Ensured I unplugged wires from each block one time, tape them together and then next one and so on. It was then easy to connect them in connector strip and then connected the new lamp.

    Replacing light fitting

I may have to call an electrician as the ceiling rose needs to come off for the new clamp to be screwed to the ceiling and also cover the wires/hole. If I get rid of the ceiling rose, I have no idea which cables connect where in the junction box. Thanks for the suggestion, much appreciated

Replacing Salus RXWBC605 with Tado Wireless

Thanks everyone, managed to get it all working. Tado app was very helpful in showing which wires connect where for the boiler model, so that helped. For anyone interested, all it needed was 3 cables from Tado to be connected to ST10 in the boiler. Tado by geeksy posted 20 Dec 2021 at 3:57 PM

Hello, I have a Salus RXWBC605 receiver connected to my Worcester Greenstar 37CDI combi boiler with ST621RX controller/thermostat. Garage conversion - Heating

Thanks very much, all valid points and noted. I did consider that it will have to be a separate zone if it comes of the existing central heating system. Will look at the heat loss calculator. Not quite sure if I understood the last bit about tax bill though..
