Problem in the zinsser stain blockers like B.I.N are small tins and my bedroom is huge and it's more like a gloss, I need some thing I can put on with a roller on large walls. Any suggestions?

Cleaned walls with mold and mildew cleaner it's helped with some stains but not got them totally off. I will nip out tomorrow and try sugar soap. When I asked what funicide was I meant do you mean a fungicide wall wash (which is what Google comes up with) or some kind of paint?

What is fungicide please?

It' not dust or dirt. It's as if mold has been there. Wiped off and left stains.

Can condensation be dry? I will buy sugar soap tomorrow. Like I said I'e painted one of the walls Lilac and the spots show straight through.

Hi. It' been there since we moved in on all 4 walls. Not wet at all. 2 walls are external and 2 are internal.

Hi. New house and never had a combi boiler before. When I run a bath it comes out hot but not hot enough that I need to add cold water to it and water in bath goes cold very quick. What settings do I need to change on combi boiler. It's a betacom 2. Thanks
