I've found attached guideline but still the heaters won't work. I set the day button 0 and the night to +2. But I didn't get any red lights as it says on the guideline.

I`ve just rented a place but I have a problem with heaters. Two of them have switchers and work instantly. My landlord said the other two come on based on a timer and he also said the storage heater button is at the wall switch. These two work directly: https://ibb.co/c9YyGT...
