Thanks, if it is poor circulation what would the prognosis be? Here's a link to a video anyhow: It's not particularly noisy there but that's the type of noise that it makes, with periods of 2mins of quiet in between. Thanks in advance for any advice.

My Ideal Classic FF350 makes an awfully loud snapping or clicking noise when it fires up. It comes on with the fan then some 3 seconds later the main burner comes on with seemingly no problem. However the boiler then turns off after a minute or so, is quiet for another minute then fires up...
