You must have altered something else somewhere. If you’re referring to them as a customer hopefully you’ve got a few panels, experience etc. Save yourself some hassle and just clean start the panel.

What do you mean you have the zone set as final exit? Do you mean the door contact? Timed should be working fine. Are you sure they are setting Area B? Try changing it to final exit / timed just to see if it works then? Presumably for Area B exit you have a timer setup?

Turn on a walk test either from the user or engineering menu. When you walk past the input in question it will clear from the screen. To be honest though unless you’re in a mansion with 100 sensors just change the batteries in them all…. Buttons in the grand scheme of things vs how...

You might be fine but you may also end up with an error on the panel that you can’t clear if the tamper goes off. There’s no way of knowing if this will happen up front and like I say, unlikely the panel would have been setup in this way - but not impossible.

Is it a wireless delta bell and do you have the engineering code?

Accessing the engineering menu then exiting out should reset it until the next set interval. Are you sure it was the engineering menu you accessed?

Within the diagnostics menu, you can check all wireless devices including learned inputs and the bell boxes

You can run battery tests within the engineering menu. I wouldn’t be replacing batteries internal or external each year - that’s just a waste.

Can you try and set area b from the panel and once it’s set see if your tag will unset it when presented at the panel, not the tag reader

Sorry you’re confusing me. You spoke about a tag and then fob in the same post so I assumed you had both and were setting with one but having problems unsetting with the other Now you’re talking about having set it with the app? Please explain what you’re actually doing, trying to do, and...

Either your user (the fob) isn’t set to manage area B or you’ve not selected area b to be unset when the button gets pushed
