Is there a way I can verify if it's the pump in the boiler that is at fault?

Gave it a tap but nothing doing.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Returned home from holiday, ready to jump in a nice warm bath. However, water never gets above luke warm. On further investigation the boiler appears to go through it's "normal" cycle of firing up the burner which comes on for perhaps 5-10...
