Also the Tado technical guy had the neutral in A1 and Live in A2. On the manufacturer's schematic, it is the other way around. Does it matter at all? Thank you

I see in the diagram you posted, you have the neutral and live going to A1 and A2, then the heating NO goes to 13 and then out on 14 to the white wire to fire the boiler. Is this correct?

Morning Mattylad. You are up early. I am not sure what you mean, do not do it? I do know for a fact that the whole heating wiring is from a single fused spur. Once that is turned off, then the whole system is dead. I hope that makes sense.

There is only one supply to the heating wiring. Naughty if you use 2 as you could isolate the supply thinking it is dead and then get a shock because it has another supply.

To be honest, I don't think I will move it. It should be ok where it is as long as I can use a relay next to the wiring centre.

Thanks for this. I believe a 3a fused spur supplies the wiring centre and then goes from the wiring centre to the tado receiver.

Could anyone explain how this only happens to the central heating contact and not the hot water?

So, do I just change the pump and see if that works? Or is it too risky.

Wiring a relay to protect a programmer help.

This is good to know. Wiring isn't really my favourite thing to do. So let me just make sure i get this correct for a y plan. So I have my N L from the fused spur in the Wiring centre which i can take to the relay, then as the CH common is linked from live in the receiver can I link this at...

The pump is in the airing cupboard with the wiring centre. If I could do this, that would make life a lot easier.

Well done, you found the one in the picture. The problem is I cannot install it any where near the receiver.

Hi. Thanks for the advice and link. There is no spare place in the receiver to install this. Unless it is really small but I cannot find the dimensions of it. There is nothing about it specs I can find online. It just calls it the receiver. Sorry I cannot find any specs on the v3+ receiver.
