    Help wiring wireless room thermostat.

Hi all. I hope you are all well. I want to wire a wireless room thermostat to a old ideal classic boiler which just serves central heating. It has a single channel programmer which switches on the boiler. No zone valve fitted. I believe I just run the heating on wire from the programmer (it must...

Wiring a Salus UFH wiring centre RF

Totally understand. Thanks for your patience Muggles. Think I can actually take the brown from the valve with the live to the pump to pump connection as in the picture and then switch live from boiler 1 connection to switch live in wiring centre. No need for grey and orange wires from the valve.

    Nest Installation - Honeywell

Thank you so much for the informative reply. And for giving me the low down on the forum rules. I shall remember this for next time. It is as you say, boiler and programmer downstairs, wiring centre in airing cupboard and stat in the hall downstairs. Hopefully I can disconnect the programmer...

    Nest Installation - Honeywell

Hi. I know this thread is old but need a bit of advise on where you remove and link the wires from the room stat. On an Honeywell S plan, do you remove terminal 4 and terminal 5 and then link the terminals together? So the stat wires are useless? This way you cannot use the old stat wires for t1...
