One problem these days is that some houses can be overinsulated and not enough ventilation. Doors and windows are sealed units ,modern roofs need vents ect.

It all depends how you define laziness. People work a 40 hour week , theoretically there is nothing to stop them working 80 hours a week. Why don't the lazy bustards work 80 or a 100 hours a week, maybe their wages should be cut to 'incentivise' them to work harder for less.
