As sparkymarka says, I programmed it all on the bench first then installed it, so you will only need to access it if adding/changing some sensors

Because I am going to be installing another the same in a friend house and it would be so much easier

I was faced with the same choice a month ago. I did a lot of scouring forums like you and both panels are good. I eventually chose the pyronix and its been great. The pyronix also has a separate keypad. My main panel is hidden away and the keypad is at the front door.

No, its the continuous beep that sounds while it has the full arm countdown. For about the first 5 seconds before that it only bleeps from the remote pad as I want but once the final arm starts it comes from both. There is another pause for about 5 seconds then u get the single beep which also...
