Flat roof corner joining existing pitched

Not got an issue with the edge trim or epdm as such its just where the corner of the flat roof meets tiles is my main concern(maybe overthinking it?!) This explains what I mean - https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/epdm-flat-roof-join-pitched-roof.62546/ This image...

Flat roof corner joining existing pitched

This is what I'm fitting - https://www.rubber4roofs.co.uk/shop/sure-edge-kerb-trim-2-5m which compresses down onto the epdm and also covers the top of the fascia. The people at rubber4roofs did say I could stick the epdm to the lead as it was but I think it would be better and I would prefer...

Flat roof corner joining existing pitched

Lost count how many videos ive seen on flat roofs and epdm, think im quite happy about how its going to be fitted its just that corner where it meets the pitched part seems a tricky detail. I'm thinking the lead needs to be cut flush with the top of the flat roof deck then epdm folds over it...

Flat roof corner joining existing pitched

Hi, can someone offer any advice on how to weather in where my new extension joins my existing pitched roof? I will obviously cut tiles to fit up against fascia and under soffit. Does the fascia go into the roof or up to tiles? I assume some sort of leadwork to cover it all but not sure how to...

    Flat roof fall

Thanks, will take me a while to get my head around that! I'm not sure I can have gutter around all sides though as I think it might overhang the boundary. If I just had the gutter at the end and I wanted a fall left and right behind the lantern can I just fit firings perpendicular to the...

    Flat roof fall

Hi, hoping someone here can offer some advice. I'm building a flat roof extension with the help of a chippie to do the joists, firings etc. I'm just a bit concerned that the firings that he has fitted are too big. The joist span is about 3.4m and he has used 150mm joist ripped to nothing...
