Thanks for the reply....think she checked the heaters themselves ...they were set on number 5 but not sure if they also have an auto setting?? Shes turned them down anyway...the times all seem ok for the heating to be on and off at...said it took them about an hour to program ! Not sure if it's...

Does anyone know if the above hot water system is constantly heating water and if so how you stop it...when we turn the tap on the water is boiling hot instantly and I think this might be contributing to an extortionate electric bill....
