    I hope its on the boiler, the thought of getting all the floorboards up is a nightmare! It usually has the moisture when the boiler has been on for a while then doesn't do it again the whole time it's on, if that makes any sense. We just thought that it was condensation as there is no radiator...

    Even though it only does it sometimes? We had 2 plumbers look and they both said they couldn't see any leaks at all in the boiler. They then said we have to lift all our floorboards up to try and find it

    Thanks for getting back, the condensation comes out the bottom of the boiler case. The pipe outside is dry. The condensation is sometimes there in the morning but was there this afternoon when heating was on.
