Hello all Currently thinking of taking on a kitchen sink basin and tap replacement although have no plumbing experience whatsoever so not sure if it's such a good idea. Dimensions of my current sink are 945mm x 500mm and can't see anything around thst size other than 1000mm x 500mm so guessing...

Yup hoping that will do the job. Only concern was how big the stain is compared to the small leak was worried something else was going on somewhere and if I would need to worry about anything interior although there are no signs of damp inside the house as yet.

Thank you for the reply. The hopper is all clear, just went out an looked and there is water running down the wall now coming from a joint on the small black pipe, it's seems to be running down the pipe and dripping on to the wall just beside the hopper. Attached photo hopefully it's clear enough.

Hi there ☺️ Just found some damp on an outside wall, it's quite a uniformed circle shape with what I am guessing is efflorescence just wondering if anyone had any idea where this would be coming from. Doesn't seem to be coming from ground level as far as I can see, have attached some pictures...

Trying to replace a toilet seat and came across some hinges I haven't seen before top fixing seat as toilet is bowl to wall so no access underneath tried to get the exact seat to replace like for like but can't seem to get the same one anymore (the toilet is kale brand) thought I might be able...

Sorry just another quick question Measured the hinges and they seem to be 430mm in length, can't seem to find any that length the best I could find were 414mm :confused:

Hi all Currently doing a bit of a revamp of an old static caravan and having a bit of a problem with one of the windows I have attached pictures, gap at the top corner of the window (opposite side to handle) when closed and makes a 'crack' sound when opening, the handle side doesn't line up...
