Do they really work? Just bought a Hydroflow 38b new and boxed from eBay for £30 which I thought was a bargain as they retail for £100. I've been on the Hydroflow web-site and read all the bumpf, but do I believe it? What do you guys think? Cheers.

Just had an ex-British Gas Engineer out, he said it's the divertor valve and the boiler isn't scaled up! Called British Gas Homecare and they've cancelled my contract and won't come out to fix it as they insist it's scale damage!

It's a Worcester Bosch 240 Combi and yes I'm in a hard water area.
