Hi ... I used Zinsser B-I-N White Multi-surface Matt Primer, to cover slime damp patches. Now when I paint over this (3x coats ) with emulsion you can still make out where I’ve used it. This is especially so when light hits it, as if it’s still a more shiny surface. How do I stop this ...
