Went and bought some new fuses today and a new battery and it's back in business.
It's actually an Omnicron 7000.
What would usually cause these to blow?
Hi,
Having problems with the battery not charging in the panel, i've found out that fuse F1 is blown.
Looking at it, it seems to be a 250v 1A fuse, any idea which this would be on the maplin site?
Also, what would cause this to blow?
Cheers
(PS: I think it's an omnicron 4000, not...
Excluding Miele, ISE and Asko, Bosch are about as reliable and good performing as it comes.
Don't go for anything Indesit, Hotpoint, Haier, Hoover, Candy, Zanussi, AEG, Electrolux etc, they're not built anywhere near Bosch standards!
Yes, this means the unit can't detect the HDD or that the HDD has failed.
Check the IDE and power cables going to the HDD, if these are fine then the HDD has failed but can easily be replaced.
Sorry, you're wrong.
No where does it say that they are made to last 6 years.
The SOGA states that they should last a reasonable time, this varies depending upon circumstances.
You legally have 6 years from DOP to claim, this isn't the same thing as it being designed to last 6 years though.
