Room Stat Wiring Controller picture

Hi, Yes it's a 2 channel HIVE and yes really I know the L and N wires will go into the HIVE as L and N. I have read I don't need the jumper wire however in terminal 5 on my pictures there is a blue cable with red sleeve. What happens to this cable? And just need some help with the other cables?

If it helps... We have a single wired room stat... And it's a megaflow unvented cylinder. Hope this helps.
