    Re picture Gallery Crop a tad or rotate wrong way and save then rotate the correct and save. Will up load correctly. You would have to make a wooden frame for plasterboard to fix to. Not an easy job. Then cut plasterboard to the shape required and fix. Use stop beads to get clean angles...

    Sand a bit Clean Your primer is fine. Woodwork is fine Leyland smart matt for ceilings I like but plenty of options

    Pipe bender is not very compact. I always soldered joints in copper as easy enough. Just remember never heat and solder at the same time. Don't over heat pipe and bubble the solder. I can't answer if your plan will work. Just go for it..

    Dig out. Maybe put something inside to firm up. I guess it depends if it's hollow. 2 pack wood filler is very hard so you need to be tidy with your filling

    You painting older oil gloss or something? I'd use a decent adhesion primer for that. I'm not keen on contract emulsion as its for new build damp plaster ect. I much prefer something a bit more durable and flat vs the chalky contract. Leyland smart matt is nice for ceilings.
