The water doesn't even go above 28 degrees when the bath is run. This is the only boiler I've ever had that's set so low :(

Hi I have an ariston class he evo boiler the water temperature is set to 60 Wich is rubbish for a bath is there a way of increase it as I'm assuming it's set at that when it was installed I've tried increasing it with the dial but it will not go above 60 any ideas?
