    Why would I need the MAC-EXTB wouldn't the MAC-8 just go straight into the cast iron drain? also when flushing the toilet would a 90 deg bend in the drain be alright wouldn't a 92.5 deg bend be better? thanks for your help.

    Hi guys, can you help what is the correct fitting to use, I'm after a bend 92.5 or 90 deg to suit 110mm waste pipe one end and cast iron drain the other, the cast iron side is 90mm can't find where to buy it. I have attached photos of what was in place. Thanks

    Thank for all your help much appreciated, I am about to replace all the pipework then I will fix the joist, moving the trap is not an option in my head as this is a lot of work. is there any other options?     thanks for your advice, so just a few points the main worry is the pipe has no vent and is is straight to the drain is this ok? and you're saying if I plumb the shower and basin into the top of the soil pipe it will be ok as long as the fall is 1:60 or 1:40? can you suggest what fitting to use...

    The soil pipe goes for about 2 mts along the main wall and then must go out to the chamber, the manhole is just the other side of that main wall, I think the soil pipe dose not have much of a run off on it, I can lift it up a little bit but not much, granted it is plumbed in incorrect, how...

    the toilet is directly above the white part of the large soil pipe, and that soil pipe then goes off in a straight line to the manhole drain, the 40mm tee going off to the shower and to the sink, could the soil pipe need a larger fall away on it ?

    Just to add the manhole is all clear no blockage, the blockage is in the pipework. I have unblocked it about a week ago and it was free flowing, 1 week later after toilet paper has been flushed I have a blockage.
