No way to check compressions. No smoke in exhaust or mayo in oil or coolant so i don't think it's head gasket (at least i hope not). I'll check the plugs. Thanks for your help

Make model and year in title. (Oops forgot to say Skoda fabia) At high revs, the engine works fine. At low revs, sounds like a tractor and pootles out unless accelerator pressed. Obdii says cylinder 3&4 misfire. Is it water in the fuel, clapped spark plugs or fuel injectors? Many thanks
