There are 3 blue wires. I would need to put all 3 into the switch?

Would I need to put both of them in the switch or just 1?

The house is brand new. I am sure the blue would be the neutral‍♂️‍♂️. Is it worth me just putting it in and trying it? Would I need to put both of them in the switch or just 1 of them?

I want to change my light switchbin my front room to a smart switch. My current witch has 3 brown cables 1 going to 1 way and 2 going to common. The new switch has neutral live and out sockets how do I wire it up? Any help would be perfect Photos below.

The wood isn't over the hatch. That's the only source of warm air I can think of. No we don't but we do dry our clothes on and airer upstairs in our spare bedroom. Draught stoppers that are around dront doors?

No its next to my loft hatch and there is one on the board directly next to it. The hatch is not insulated.
