Our kitchen extractor fan has started rattling. Anyone have any idea how to remove the cover of this sort of model?

Hi, our overhead shower has come loose from the wall. It looks like a pin has fallen out from the wall attachment that holds the shower in. Does anyone have any idea how to fix or what the part is called that I need to replace. thanks!
