Shower wall attachment

Hi, our overhead shower has come loose from the wall. It looks like a pin has fallen out from the wall attachment that holds the shower in. Does anyone have any idea how to fix or what the part is called that I need to replace. thanks!

Check the bottom of the fitting, there's usually an Allan Key/plain screwdirver grub screw in the bottom of the fitting, hopefully it's still in there. Put the shower pipe in and tighten the grub screw.
