Problem solved. A symptom of too many wires in the wiring box, one of the existing neutral cables had come out but wasn't visible. All working fine. Thanks for the help

Hello Stem Delayed the job until after the snow. Connected up the Hive as per your message. Thermostat seems to work, paired with the controller, the controller seems to ask for heat at the correct time but the boiler doesn't fire. Any ideas?

I am trying to install a new Hive Dual system. Presently I have a Honeywell BRD91 controlling the heating and a Honeywell ST9100C controlling the water heating. I have attached photos of the existing wiring for each. Could anyone give some guidance on how to connect up to the Hive Dual. Many thanks
