Texecom Premier Elite 48 - Confirm Devices

Thanks for the reply. It happens when there is a genuine trigger for the alarm, the lost connection seems to occur at the same time. I've set off a tamper just to get a fresh log entry and it's as follows: Event Group: Tamper Alarms Description: Network 1 - Exp 4 Lost Event Group Tamper Restore...

Texecom Premier Elite 48 - Confirm Devices

I've got a Premier Elite 48, whenever the alarm is triggered I'm required to confirm devices too. The Premier Elite is also powering a keypad and external sounder, I've then got a Tx, Rx, Neg link to an expander with a PSU, this is also powering an additional expander and a ricochet expander...

Texecom Premier Elite 8XP 8 Zone - Speaker Not Working

Problem solved! I'm not sure why but my Wintex and device were completely out of sync, I removed the saved file from Wintex and received the data from the panel on a fresh file. This let me set up the expander correctly. Thank you all for your help.

Texecom Premier Elite 8XP 8 Zone - Speaker Not Working

I've just double checked speaker tones, everything's turned on. It's very odd because it's only one extension speaker that's not making all the sounds, but at the same time does make some (which is why I'm not convinced the expander is broken)

Texecom Premier Elite 8XP 8 Zone - Speaker Not Working

The speaker seems fine and I've swapped out for one that was working on another expander. Something that I can't understand, the speaker sounds when the system arms/ disarms, but nothing on chime, fire or alarm. As far as I can tell it's set up correctly in Wintex, does anyone know of an option...

Texecom Premier Elite 8XP 8 Zone - Speaker Not Working

Hello all, I've currently got a Texecom Premier Elite 48, I've just added a CCB-0001 with 16 ohm speaker to the network. The speaker worked for a few weeks but doesn't work at all now (chime, fire or alarm), other speakers on the system all work fine. I've replaced the speaker and there's still...
