Problem solved! I'm not sure why but my Wintex and device were completely out of sync, I removed the saved file from Wintex and received the data from the panel on a fresh file. This let me set up the expander correctly. Thank you all for your help.

I've just double checked speaker tones, everything's turned on. It's very odd because it's only one extension speaker that's not making all the sounds, but at the same time does make some (which is why I'm not convinced the expander is broken)

The speaker seems fine and I've swapped out for one that was working on another expander. Something that I can't understand, the speaker sounds when the system arms/ disarms, but nothing on chime, fire or alarm. As far as I can tell it's set up correctly in Wintex, does anyone know of an option...
