BC are involved and I've asked them to come out to have a look at it now steels in. I've asked builder for the SE certificate and he said he would "find it out".

So the steel is now in but it is sitting on 110 one side and 120 the other. I take it this is not right then. And also where the bricks fell down on the internal side, they haven't put them back so surely the steel is not holding them bricks up?!
