They used some equipment to test the output on the radiators and it was around the 60-65C mark. So that means the boiler is running at 65C? In which case I can measure the gas consumption for 3 minutes. Not done this before but I am sure it is fairly straight forward. Thanks

An update... Boiler was set to 65C Heatlink was relocated in an easier place for me to access (not in the loft). Engineer tested the flow output/return of the radiators (63C) and they were aligned to the boiler output 65C. Temp on the Nest thermostat display did not get past 19C even after 3...

I think based on above I will ask engineers to increase boiler output to 65C or thereabouts. When I told them that before they advised me that that would not be efficient! They don't seem to want to listen to me. I am also wondering if the HeatLink is too close to the boiler. It is located...

My rads don't produce enough heat at 55c, but the engineers advised that the rads do not need replacing. Interesting..

Yes that was my thinking. I think the engineers should set the boiler output higher and retest. Sounds like they dont know how to work with Google Nest devices and it is all smoke and mirrors.

I have sent the heating engineers an email, so hopefully they will resolve the issue for me. It is a heat only oiler by the way located in the loft which is a no go for me due to my disability

I am using a Google Nest and schedules and self-learning have been removed. There seemed to be an issue when the Thermostat was connected to WIFI in that the temp would stay at 16C. Disconnecting the thermostat from the network allowed the temp to get to around 19C, still not enough though...

The heating never reached above 19C despite being set to say 24C. The old boiler used to heat the house very quickly and alot higher than 19c

Are you saying the boiler should be adjusted from 55C to 75C? I did another test, and the heating will only get as far as 19C. I placed the temp reader in various locations of the house.
