Somebody .......please help me .......my powermax 155 has suddenly stopped working and thus I have no hot water or heating. Any ideas on what may be wrong with it and how I :( can fix it. Im desperate. pls help me.

Hi, My Powermax 155x has just stoped working. The burner light isn't coming on and the lock out light is now on. I have switched it off and tried to get the burner to try and light itself up again but to no avail. I have no hot water or heating and I have a baby in the house. ANY SUGGESTIONS...
