    nice one, the house is over old coal mines in bristol. ahh good to know it's lime. 3x internal 1x external. no current sign of damp and it's on the 1st floor but i'd want to avoid introducting issues. do you think limelite is required?

    I'm not 100% on the rules but personally I wouldn't want a shed over drains, means you have no access and your shed would get soaked if the drain ever flooded. I think a shed of that size needs to be on atleast a patio slab or a concrete base to give it enough support and stop the structure...
