When we replaced the wooden sleepers with the current RW the ground stood firm and there was no issue. The structural einigeee has suggested some sort of support system using timber stays to hold the weight back but I don’t think they will be needed

Thanks Woody, If they did remove PD rights after we make the pp application I guess these only kick in once you have built it out? Could we also not include the rear part on the red lines on the pp app? Has anyone else got any creative ideas?

So basically you are saying you that if we did a rear extension at the back under PD- when it comes to apply for the pp for the new dwelling it may be refused as the new reduced plot would result in our rear boundary being less than 7m from the back of the extension?
