Have what looks like hard water stains on my shower door. I’ve used everything including bicarbonate and white vinegar, HG mould remover and lime scale. Nothing works. Any advice or shall I just splash out on some new glass no pun intended

I’ve just bought a house and making some fixes here and there. Shower door is very stiff when I slide open and close. Any idea where I can get these hinges to rehang shower door? Photos attached (sorry about the grime)
