Update Eventually got round to trying with the existing Stat set to maximum....works perfectly. Thanks for your help Chris.

Thanks Chris....will give it a try later this week. If it does work I assume that I can connect red to yellow on the stat and cap off blue and earth to override it. Am I correct? If not by leaving the existing stat of full will the hive run as it should? Cheers

I am trying to fit a heating only hive to a Worcester 28CDI combi. The light on the hive comes on but the boiler doesn't fire up. I have removed the stat but do I need to take anything out of the boiler. Stat and Control wiring attached Hoping for some inspiration. Thanks
