    Thanks again, the cassette has no branding, no numbers, no identification of any type. Does make me feel a little better though knowing that I'm not alone in being unable to name the part. Haha

    Thanks, will try that. Worst comes to worst though.. are we thinking this completely replaceable and easily removed part is only sold as a complete lock system? Does it even have a name? Integrated inline multipoint deadlock or something. Again, your help is very much appreciated

    Thanks, this isn't the gearbox though. It's completely independent of the handle and cylinder. The box I have taken off has no branding on it at all.

    Hi all, this might be a really silly question, so I apologise in advance. Our ERA multipoint lock on our front door has started to cause us problems. Thought it might be the gearbox that was stopping us using the mortice bolt part of the door but I can see how silly that is now I've taken it...
