    Deburr after using a pipe slice?

    Is there any need to de-burr a pipe after using a pipe slice? I want to add some isolator valves, but I don’t want any swarf in the pipe after de-burring.

    Electric oven next to gas pipe

    I had my electric oven replaced by an electrician some time ago, the new oven is slightly deeper than the previous one and now seems to be very close to or touching the copper gas pipe Will this cause any problems? Also, should the pipe have an isolator fitted?

    Replace outside tap

    Hi I want to replace my outside tap and pipework as the old one doesn't have a Double check valve (inside or out). I have purchased A DCV and isolator, but do I need a drain-cock on the inside? also is it - isolation valve then DCV?
