I’m trying to remove the green bowl from this oil tank filter so I can clean it. Do I simply unscrew the bowl anticlockwise, or is there something else I need to do? Also, do I have to remove or loosen the small screw on the top of the filter body?

I found a mound in my garden and dug over the top and this concrete thing was underneath. Before I dig any further I wondered if anyone knew what it was? Thanks
